Warmly welcome Indonesian clients visit Mesco

   Our clients Mr. D and Mr. G from Indonesia came to Mesco for a field visit. They told us about their worries while checking the galvanizing line. GI which they used to buy, cracked quite often when drawing, which confused them a lot and asked us for the help. And we explained the reason and gave them the most appropriate solution.

    Reason one, different material. For deep drawing, at least DX52D is required, but some suppliers use DX51D instead due to lower cost.      

    Reason two, same material with different standard. Same DX51D from different factories may have various parameters, softer or harder for example. It’s not easy to make 51D reach the effect of 52D. MESCO always find a way to solve the problem.

    After visiting, the clients were satisfied with our factory, especially with our attitude and profession about the products.
